Non-Asbestos Joint Sheet are made of the frame materials including aramid fiber and synthetic mineral fiber after special proportioning with oil-resistant rubber binders and adding other functional additives and compression molding it. 

It is 100% asbestos free.
Passed non-asbestos content certification of the third-party testing organization.
Passed ROHS certification of the third-party testing organization.

 Product characteristics:

Temperature range: 200~350°C.
Max. working pressure: 3.5MPa.
Fine low temperature resistance and fine sealing performance.

 Product application:

Applies to various kinds of oil, water, various kinds of coolants, gas, etc.
Specially recommended as gasket material for refrigerating system or equipments contacted with cooling systems such as air-conditioners, compressors, heat exchangers, evaporator, etc.

producing process:

Fiber opening+Rubber shatter--Mixer raw material--Rolling machine (put raw material on machine by heat steam working then make rubber and fiber agglutinate together )--After heat dealing with regularly time then make push out the sheet--Test the sheet whether OK,if OK then go to next step printed (this step is not necessary ,it depend on customer’s requirement )--Cut sheet as customer’s requirement or rolling sheet in packing put them to stock
